Eric Wilson, a valuable asset to the Green Bay Packers as a core special teamer, has announced on Instagram that he will be returning to the team for another season. Although the team has not confirmed any deal with Wilson yet, it seems likely given his tenure with the team over the past two seasons.

Throughout his career, Wilson has accumulated 328 tackles, nine sacks, four interceptions, two forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries. His versatility and production on the field make him a key player for the Packers’ defense.

Prior to his time in Green Bay, Wilson had stints with the Eagles, Texans, and Vikings after entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2018. With Wilson returning for another season, the Packers can continue to rely on his skills and experience to help bolster their defense for the upcoming year.
