Clever helps patients set recovery goals and strategies while speaking from personal experience having managed her own anxiety and depression.

Transitions-Mental Health Association provides services to over 5,300 individuals and their families in San Luis Obispo. Community engagement director Michael Kaplan emphasizes the importance of mental health awareness by dedicating an entire month to it. Various resources are available for those in need, such as wellness centers, hotlines and more.

Jill Bolster-White, the executive director at Transitions-Mental Health Association stresses the importance of community support for individuals struggling with mental health challenges.
