The “Manufacturers” Job Exhibition was inaugurated in the presence of Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Ghannam Butti Al Mazrouei, Secretary General of the Emirates Competitiveness Council, and His Excellency Omar Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology. The exhibition, organized by various entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the UAE Talent Competitiveness Council “NAFES,” and the ADNOC Group, aims to empower Emirati competencies by providing job opportunities in the private sector, particularly in the industrial and technological fields.

Running from April 21 to 23, the exhibition offers more than 800 job opportunities in over 80 companies, with a focus on training and employment based on innovation. The goal is to enhance the skills of Emirati nationals by linking them to quality jobs in the industrial and technological sectors while also supporting industrial companies in benefiting from incentives provided by the “National Content” program.

The exhibition aligns with national strategies like National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology (S4IAT), Project 300 Billion, and Made in UAE initiative to boost Emirati talent’s role in the industrial sector while exploring new opportunities in emerging global industries. With an emphasis on empowerment, entities like ADNOC are dedicated to providing Emirati cadres with job opportunities to enhance economic growth.

By participating in these employment exhibitions like “Manufacturers”, young Emiratis can explore job opportunities in industrial and advanced technology sectors while gaining new skills. Through strategic partnerships with government agencies and private companies like ADNOC’s efforts strengthen national economies through fruitful collaborations initiatives that nurture local talent drive sustainable economic growth UAE.
