In order to ensure safety and convenience, appointments are strongly encouraged at this time, with virtual and phone appointments available for those who prefer remote services. Additionally, virtual after-hours personal interviews and provider orientations can be scheduled as needed.
To accommodate busy schedules, ELRC Region 5 is now offering Tuesday evening phone hours from 5 to 7 p.m. This extended availability aims to support families and providers who may require assistance outside of regular business hours.
