Econocom, a cutting-edge technology company, has launched a recruitment campaign to achieve its ‘One Econocom 2024-2028’ plan. The aim is to bring in 100 new agents over the next three years to increase the company’s business volume from 2,800 to 4,000 million euros within the next five years.

Currently, Econocom has an extensive network of self-employed entrepreneurs who work closely with the company’s clients. The company is now looking to expand its network by recruiting new professionals who will strengthen its sales team and improve customer relations across Europe.

Jean-Louis Bouchard, President and Founder of Econocom, emphasized the unique model of independent agents and longstanding relationships with customers that have made the company stand out in the industry. The company is seeking experienced salespeople in various business lines to join their team and help drive growth.

Carlos Pérez-Herce, Country Manager of Econocom Spain, described the company as versatile, flexible and agile due to its business models and partner ecosystems. They are looking for talented sales professionals who can offer innovative technological solutions that differentiate them from local competitors.

The recruitment program is supported by a multimedia campaign that includes video testimonials from commercial agents across Europe. This initiative will be rolled out in various countries such as France, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Germany and United Kingdom.
