Dynamic Load Monitoring, a leading provider of load monitoring equipment, has recently unveiled the new TD-3.0 software that includes wireless USB technology. The software, designed for Microsoft Windows, offers features such as generating certificates, logging data, and displaying live readings. It eliminates the need for handheld devices by wirelessly connecting to load measuring tools.

The TD-3.0 software can connect up to four running line monitors that display tension, speed, and distance values being measured by each device. Data is sent to a computer for live readings or logging information. Ryan Phillips, the technical manager at Dynamic Load Monitoring explains that the software is designed to receive data from load cells wirelessly. This allows clients to use it as a replacement for a handheld display or in conjunction with one. The dongle can be connected to a PC to seamlessly receive data from wireless load cells and use the software for display and data logging.

Many clients have expressed interest in directly feeding the output from load cells into their computers. The dongle enables load, speed, and distance readings from various equipment to be displayed on a PC without the need for a handheld device. While users can still use a handheld device if preferred, the dongle simplifies the process by connecting directly to the PC.

Dynamic Load Monitoring is based in Southampton, UK and specializes in designing, manufacturing, and servicing load measurement equipment for industries such as offshore marine lifting rigging industries. Their innovative use of wireless USB technology enhances the efficiency and usability of their products.

In summary, Dynamic Load Monitoring’s new TD-3.0 software offers convenience and efficiency for users through its wireless USB technology capabilities which allow it to connect up to four running line monitors that display tension, speed
