The Dolphins made two key additions to their defense and special teams on Wednesday by signing linebacker Cam Brown and former Bills special teamer Siran Neal. Brown was a 2020 sixth-round pick of the Giants and spent the last four years with the team, accumulating 1,328 snaps on special teams and serving as one of the team’s captains. Despite only seeing 103 snaps on defense, he recorded 35 tackles, two forced fumbles, and three quarterback hits in his 60 regular season appearances with the Giants.

Neal, on the other hand, is a former Bills special teamer who brings valuable experience to the Dolphins’ kicking game. Both players are expected to play prominent roles in Miami if they make it to the 53-man roster. This signing strengthens the Dolphins’ special teams unit and adds depth to their defense.

The team is committed to improving in all areas of the game and these signings demonstrate their commitment to achieving success in the upcoming season. With Brown’s impressive track record on special teams and Neal’s experience in that area, Miami is well-positioned to excel in this area of play.
