Embark on an unforgettable journey with North American river otters, Peach and Toosie, at MODS. The upcoming Breakfast with Our Otters event on April 13 at 9 a.m. offers guests an exclusive opportunity to mingle with the playful otter duo, as well as the Life Sciences team. This unique experience includes a delicious breakfast spread, an engaging otter talk, a training session, enrichment activities, and a special appearance by Joey, the Museum’s otter mascot.

In addition to this exciting event, children can also discover the wonders of the ocean in MODS’ latest exhibit, Voyage to the Deep – Underwater Adventures. On display until May 19th, this exhibition takes visitors on an interactive journey through the deep sea aboard the legendary Nautilus submarine with Captain Nemo. Created by the Australian National Maritime Museum and managed by Flying Fish, this exhibition is sure to be a hit with science enthusiasts of all ages.

MODS is South Florida’s premier attraction boasting over 150,000 square feet of dynamic science exhibits, an outdoor science park, a live animal collection, science shows, learning labs, cafe, store and a grand atrium featuring the Great Gravity Clock – the largest clock in Florida! This impressive clock has been the showpiece of MODS since 1993 and is one of only three in existence worldwide. With so much to see and do at MODS – including this exciting otter breakfast program – it’s no wonder that it continues to be a top destination for families and visitors alike.

The Breakfast with Our Otters program also includes museum admission, an IMAX® documentary and an original otter painting.
