The Detroit Sports Spectacular is set to take place from Friday, June 7 through Sunday, June 9 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan. This event will feature a reunion of the Detroit Tigers 1984 World Series championship team, with 11 players already confirmed to attend. Fans can expect to see legends such as Kirk Gibson, Alan Trammell, and Jack Morris at the convention.
In addition to the Tigers reunion, the Detroit Sports Spectacular will also feature other sports greats, including football legend Barry Sanders, hockey Hall of Famer Mike Modano, and current NFL players like Kirk Cousins and Anthony Richardson. Fans can expect autograph sessions, panels, and more throughout the weekend.
Admission and autograph tickets for the event will go on sale on Monday, April 29. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for ages 6-10, and $40 for a weekend pass. Tickets can also be purchased at the event itself. Other confirmed guests for the event include Thurman Thomas, Billy Sims, Andre Rison, and members of the Michigan Wolverines’ 2023 National Championship team.
