After being released by the Jets on March 14, wide receiver Corey Davis has expressed interest in rejoining the team. According to Coach Robert Saleh, the Jets are in regular communication with Davis and have an open door for him to return. Reporter Connor Hughes has also indicated that the Jets are interested in bringing Davis back to the team.

If Davis does rejoin the Jets, it could provide a significant boost to their already impressive wide receiving group, which includes Garrett Wilson and recently-signed Mike Williams. In August 2021, Davis took a break from the game but was eventually reinstated earlier this month, allowing him to make a comeback to the NFL. Prior to signing with the Jets, Davis spent his first four years with the Tennessee Titans.

During his time with the Jets, Davis showed promise as a valuable asset to their offense, recording 66 receptions for 1,028 yards and six touchdowns in his first two seasons with the team. If he were to re-sign with the Jets, he could potentially create a dynamic wide receiving corps that opposing teams would have to contend with.
