Boston police arrested over 100 pro-Palestinian protesters on Saturday morning during a campus evacuation at Northeastern University. The university clarified that students who presented their Northeastern University ID were released, while those who refused were taken into custody. Reports indicated that some had made violent anti-Semitic remarks the previous night.

Protests against Israel’s offensive in Gaza have been ongoing across the country, with campuses at Harvard, MIT, and Emerson College among those involved. In recent days, riot police have intervened in demonstrations at Emerson College in Boston and New York University, resulting in multiple arrests.

As part of these protests, students have established pro-Palestinian camps calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. They have also refused funding from Israeli donors and called upon Washington to stop supporting Israel.

Harvard is one of several universities where such camps have emerged, with campus access restricted to those with proper identification. Protests continue as students push for change in response to the conflict in Gaza.
