Despite facing various challenges and barriers, visual impairment has not limited the potential of writer Rama Aditia Adikara. In fact, he believes that his condition has given him a unique perspective and made him more creative and imaginative. At the age of 43, Rama has authored several novels such as “Mata Kedua” (Second Eye) and “Cukup Gue Aja” (It Stops with Me), which have garnered a dedicated following among the visually impaired community in Indonesia.

Similarly, Faisal “Aal” Rusdi is another inspiring artist who uses art to break down barriers and showcase the talents of people with disabilities. Despite having cerebral palsy, Aal creates stunning paintings of landscapes, flowers, and plants using his brush. His art often depicts beautiful sunsets or full moons, creating a calming effect on viewers. Blogger Karina Eka Dewi Salim may not be an expert in art but can appreciate the creativity and talent behind Aal’s work.

Both Rama and Aal are champions of inclusivity who use their talents to inspire others to overcome obstacles and showcase their abilities. Their work reminds us that creativity knows no bounds, and everyone has the potential to make a meaningful impact on the world around them.
