Health Information System (HIS) was first introduced in Azraq camp in April 2014. The report for the fourth quarter of 2023 covers data from the period of 30 September to 29 December 2023 (Week 40 – Week 52). This report includes information from all health facilities in Azraq camp that report to the HIS on a weekly basis, such as IMC Hospital, IMC clinic in Village 5, comprehensive AMR health facility, AMR clinic in Village 2, as well as reproductive health services provided by IRC in Village 5 and the comprehensive health facility.

The HIS has been successfully implemented in Azraq camp for several years, allowing for comprehensive data collection and analysis from various healthcare facilities. The data presented in the report for the fourth quarter of 2023 provides valuable insights into the health status and healthcare services provided in the camp during that period.
