The top performers of the week from April 22-28 have been announced and they are all outstanding athletes. Here are the finalists in alphabetical order:

Autumn Burrell, Hillcrest: Burrell had a fantastic performance at the Greenville County track and field championships, winning the 100 meters (12.65) and the 200 meters (25.05).

Nia Glover, Spartanburg: Glover broke a two-decades-old Spartanburg County championship record in the 400 meters with a time of 56.74.

Meg Griffin, Belton-Honea Path: Griffin had an impressive showing in softball, going 7-for-7 with a home run and five steals in two games.

Sydney Price, Landrum: Price was also exceptional in softball, hitting 3-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs while also pitching a complete game in a 3-2 win against Blacksburg.

Addison Sharp, T.L. Hanna: Sharp pitched two shutouts in softball with an impressive 22 strikeouts as the Yellow Jackets defeated Dorman and Westside both by a score of 3-0.

Madison Stanley, Wren: Stanley was instrumental in Wren’s soccer win over Fountain Inn as she scored all four goals for her team.

A’Kyra Webster, Spartanburg: Webster shone brightly at the Spartanburg County championships by winning the 100 meters (12.58) and the 200 meters (24.98).
