Lopez’s competition record is unmatched and she is now looking towards setting new goals that focus on bringing about change in how her country, women in sports, and archery in Colombia are perceived.

Lopez’s priorities are shifting as she plans to split her time between Colombia and Puerto Rico after becoming engaged to Puerto Rican international Jean Pizarro. She is open to new opportunities and challenges in the sport of archery, including competing in different disciplines such as indoors, 3D, and field archery. Alongside preparing for her upcoming wedding, Lopez is excited to see what the future holds for her both in and out of competition.

Despite her numerous achievements, Lopez remains dedicated to the sport and continues to find joy in competing. This week, she will be competing in the home Pan American Championships in Medellin, once again showcasing her immense talent and skill on the international stage.
