James Bynum, PhD, a professor and vice chair of research in the department of surgery at UT Health San Antonio, has expressed support for a collaboration with researchers from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and The University of Texas at Tyler (UT Tyler) to develop and utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve trauma care decision-making among healthcare providers.
