Monday will see a range of high school sports competitions taking place throughout the day. Firstly, at 4:30 p.m., Terra Linda and Branson will face off in a prep baseball game at the College of Marin. Meanwhile, boys golf teams will be competing in the NCS D-II tournament at Peacock Gap.

For softball fans, there’s also an exciting game on tap as Mt. Diablo takes on San Rafael at 4:30 p.m. at San Rafael High School. In addition, boys tennis players are set to compete in the NCS D-II singles and doubles tournament taking place at Golden Gate Park.

Looking ahead to Tuesday, May 7th, there are several highly anticipated matchups that local sports fans won’t want to miss. Marin Catholic will face Redwood in the MCAL baseball semifinals at 4:30 p.m., with other notable games including Novato versus San Marin in the boys lacrosse NCS D-I competition and Marin Catholic versus Redwood in the girls lacrosse NCS D-I tournament.

In boys tennis, there are several NCS matches happening across the county on Tuesday, including Heritage versus Redwood, Marin Academy versus Arcata, Middletown against Branson, San Domenico at Head-Royce, and Marin Catholic versus Piedmont. With multiple sports and schools involved, local sports fans are sure to have plenty of exciting matchups to follow over the next few days!
