The World Food Forum is centered around the theme ‘Good Food for All, for Today and Tomorrow’ with the goal of mobilizing individuals of all ages worldwide to drive comprehensive, strategic, and scalable sustainable transformation within agrifood systems. This event is spearheaded by a youth-led movement and network seeking to revolutionize agrifood systems. The movement acknowledges the universal need for nutritious food to support well-being, yet recognizes the mounting challenges faced by agrifood systems such as biodiversity loss, climate change, deforestation, and soil degradation.

The forum will be structured around four key tracks: an innovation lab aimed at promoting creativity to combat hunger and revolutionize food systems through global competitions and educational initiatives driving behavioral changes; education programs uniting schools and youth organizations to take initiatives for change; a cultural component bringing together global youth to inspire actions towards ending hunger and transforming food systems; and a youth assembly designed to empower and connect young change-makers towards a sustainable global food system.

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN’s (FAO) Youth Initiative collaborates with a worldwide network of organizations to support the Forum, including the UN World Food Programme’s (WFP) Youth Network, the UN Office of the Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the International Labour Organization (ILO), the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO),
