The Wichita County Public Health recently hosted its first Public Health Fair in two years, bringing together over 40 community partners to offer giveaways, education, and activities for everyone. The event featured booths set up with various organizations, including Animal Services, which provided free adoption fees and microchipping for Wichita Falls residents.
As part of the festivities, there were games and scavenger hunts available for participants of all ages to enjoy. The theme of this year’s fair was Super Heroes, Super Health, and attendees were encouraged to come dressed in their best superhero costumes.
The Public Health Fair provided a great opportunity for the community to come together and learn more about health and wellness in a fun and engaging way. It was a successful event that showcased the importance of taking care of one’s health and well-being.
