Some standout teams from last week include Demarest softball, which went 3-1 including a notable win over Hawthorne, Fair Lawn softball which upset a third-seeded team in Bergen County Tournament, Leonia girls track & field which secured its first league title since 1991 and Mahwah girls lacrosse which pulled off impressive wins including an upset over Ramapo. Additionally, Pascack Hills baseball had a great week with a 5-0 record while St Mary baseball dominated its opponents outscoring them 20-1. West Milford boys track & field and Westwood boys lacrosse also had successful weeks by winning important league titles.
