MU Health Care is set to expand its urgent care services in west Jefferson City with the opening of a new and larger facility at the end of May. The new location, situated in the 3500 block of West Truman Boulevard, will provide more space and additional services such as on-site imaging and lab draw.

The facility will be open seven days a week from 7:30 am to 7 pm for walk-in patients starting on May 30. This expansion reflects MU Health Care’s commitment to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare to the mid-Missouri community.

To accommodate the opening of the new urgent care, MU Health Care has closed its Eastland drive location. However, the Edgewood drive urgent care will remain open until May 29 to ensure continuity of services for patients in Jefferson City. With this expansion, MU Health Care aims to provide even better care to its patients by offering more convenient and efficient services.
