Amid rising tensions between Iran and Israel following the October 7 attack and ongoing threats, the Mossad allegedly carried out three attacks against Iranian Air Force targets in October and November. According to a report by aviation journalist Bab Tagbai in Combat Aircraft, one of these attacks resulted in a successful hit on Iranian fighter jets at the Nuja base near Madan on October 25 at 02:00.

In this incident, two phantom technicians, assisted by a base insider, poured fuel on and around the planes, causing significant damage. The perpetrators were tracked down and arrested by Iranian authorities in Hamadan, including the base’s commander.

Further attacks were reported at the Wahadti base in Dezpol and the Yasini base in Bushehr, with Mossad involvement suspected. These incidents served to further escalate tensions between Iran and Israel as both nations engaged in a multi-arena conflict involving various regional actors.

The reported retaliation from Iran following the assassination of Quds Force commander Hassan Mahdawi in Damascus added to the complexity of the situation. These attacks and reprisals serve as a warning to the Ayatollah regime against direct military engagement, especially amid ongoing conflicts in neighboring countries. The events described by Tagbai shed light on the covert operations and escalating hostilities between Iran and Israel.
