Lisa Henke, a seasoned technology executive with a background as a U.S. Air Force veteran, has been appointed as the Chief of Technology and Innovation for the U.S. government at Maxar Technologies’ intelligence business. In a post on LinkedIn, Henke made the announcement of her promotion at Maxar Intelligence.

Prior to her time at Maxar, she served as the chief architect for the Integrated System Program Office within the National Reconnaissance Office’s Ground Enterprise Directorate, where she led efforts in cloud transformation, ground development, and Agile transformation. She also held systems engineering roles at Vencore, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman during her industry career.

Henke joined Maxar in 2016 as the chief architect for open technologies and most recently held the position of USG account executive for Army and Space Force programs. With this new appointment, she will be responsible for driving technology and innovation initiatives within Maxar’s intelligence business.

Maxar Intelligence is one of the two businesses created as a result of a reorganization by the parent company following its acquisition by Advent International in May 2023.
