On Monday, July 1, 2024, the Robbins Family Ace Hardware made a generous donation of $50,000 to Children’s Miracle Network. The donation came from proceeds raised during a successful weekend block party celebrating the hardware store’s 100th anniversary.

The manager, Ben Robbins, expressed his gratitude for being able to participate in the fundraiser. He mentioned that they feel blessed and want to give back to the local community, especially to the children in need. The funds donated by the Robbins Family Ace Hardware were collected from their stores in Wichita Falls, Bowie, Iowa Park, Burkburnett, and Vernon.

Children’s Miracle Network and United Regional will be using the donation to promote a new neonatal premature newborn intensive care unit. This collaboration will help support local children who require specialized medical care.
