The Regional Industrial, Commercial, and Investment Conference held in Pennsylvania was a massive success with over 150 commercial real estate professionals in attendance. Hosted by the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS (GHAR), Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties, Lancaster Association of Realtors, and Lebanon County Association of Realtors, the event provided an excellent platform for professionals to network, share their insights, and gain a deeper understanding of the industry’s current and future landscape.

During the conference, keynote speaker KC Conway of KCnomics, LLC delivered an insightful presentation on various economic topics. Conway covered topics such as Pennsylvania’s slow growth rate, the role of the Federal Reserve (FED), small-box retail apocalypse implications for the state’s economy, capital and interest rates.

The conference also featured a panel discussion moderated by Kevin Schreiber, President and CEO of York Economic Alliance. The panelists included Harold Myers Jr., Area Manager of Manufacturing at Harley Davidson; Matt Beecy VP of Facilities at Wellspan Health; Maura Kennedy Senior Manager of Economic Development at Amazon; Derek P. Dissinger Partner Barley Snyder Hospitality Industry Group Chair Real Estate Practice Group Chair. The panel covered a wide range of topics related to the conference theme, providing valuable insights for attendees.

Overall, this conference proved to be an excellent opportunity for commercial real estate professionals to come together and discuss some critical issues facing their industry today.
