In a bid to raise awareness about pediatric healthcare, Brooke Glennon, an 18-year-old from Butte, is being featured on boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. Earlier this year, Brooke was chosen as one of 11 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals National Champions and has been advocating for pediatric hospitals across the country.

Brooke shares her story of overcoming mental health challenges and receiving support at Shodair Children’s Hospital in Helena. She emphasizes the importance of facilities like Shodair that focus on mental health care for children. She credits the hospital with providing healing, hope, and inspiration during her struggles.

A partnership with General Mills has allowed Brooke’s photo and story to be printed on cereal boxes, with proceeds from sales at Montana Costcos benefiting Shodair. Returning to Shodair, Brooke spoke to current patients and signed boxes for them, expressing her gratitude for the hospital’s impact. She describes seeing her image on cereal boxes as surreal but appreciates the opportunity to reach more people with her message.

Brooke has also been involved in mental health advocacy, including a trip to Washington, D.C., to support legislation addressing mental health issues. To further raise awareness and funds for Shodair, Brooke will be signing cereal boxes at an event in Costco in Billings on Saturday. This initiative aims to break down stigmas surrounding mental health and promote the importance of accessible and supportive care for young patients like herself.
