On Saturday, sports fans in Harrisburg have the chance to bid on a variety of collectibles at a sports memorabilia auction. Hosted by United Cerebral Palsy of Central Pennsylvania, the event takes place on City Island and is celebrating its 37th year.

Among the hundreds of items up for bidding are some highly sought after collectibles such as a signed “Magic Johnson” jersey, photos of famous athletes like Penn State cornerback Joey Porter Junior, soccer star Christian Pulisic, and WNBA star Caitlin Clark.

Billy Kaldes, co-founder of the auction, has a personal connection to UCP and emphasized that all profits from the event go directly to United Cerebral Palsy to help support their clients across 22 counties in Pennsylvania.

The live and silent auctions will begin at 10 a.m. with abc27’s Dennis Owens serving as the auctioneer for the event. This is an excellent opportunity for sports fans to acquire unique memorabilia while also supporting a valuable cause in their community.
