Ohio Farm Bureau Health Benefits Plan Offers Affordable Health Coverage Options for Sole Proprietors and Small Businesses

Recently, the Ohio Farm Bureau Health Benefits Plan has been updated to offer sole proprietors more rate stability and potential savings on health care costs. Mike Bailey, Senior Vice President of operations & partnerships with Ohio Farm Bureau, expressed his hope that the plan will continue to be a valuable business solution for small businesses in the agricultural sector.

Existing employer groups and currently enrolled employees will not experience any changes to their benefits with the recent update to the plan. Enrolled members can still expect seamless transitions as they continue to receive coverage from Anthem’s provider network and Rx formulary, along with competitive rates, fixed monthly payments, various plan designs, and financial liability protection.

The Ohio Farm Bureau Health Benefits Plan is now open to sole proprietors and employers with up to 50 employees headquartered in Ohio. Interested individuals can learn more about the plan by visiting the Member Resources Page on the Ohio Farm Bureau website at ofbf.org/membership/benefits/health-benefits-plan/.
