Small business owners looking to gain a competitive edge or take their idea to the next level are invited to attend the Round Rock Public Library’s in-person Biz.ability workshops on Monday, July 22nd. The workshops are designed to help entrepreneurs understand their competitors, find sales leads, conduct market research, analyze community demographics and much more.
The day’s schedule includes five workshops that will take place throughout the day. From 9:00-9:45am, attendees can participate in a session called “Amplifying Your Business with DemographicsNow”. This will be followed by a session on “Discovering the Round Rock Public Library’s Digital Resources” from 10:15-10:45am. A Biz.ability Library Tour will take place from 11:00-11:40am, followed by a session on “Starting and Growing a Business” from noon to 1:30pm. The day will conclude with a workshop on “Expanding Your Business Reach with Reference Solutions” from 2:00-3:30pm, with a repeat session of “Amplifying Your Business with DemographicsNow” from 4:00-4:45pm.
This event is open to all participants who can come and go as they please and attend just one workshop or all five. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet Reference Librarians who will give them a tour of the new library and showcase resources within the building that are beneficial for small business owners.
