Wall Street is brimming with talent, and Business Insider wants to shine a spotlight on the next generation of leaders who are making significant contributions in their respective fields within finance. We’re looking for young individuals who excel in investment banking, investing, sales, and trading.

If you know someone who fits this description, please submit your nominations by August 7th. Our editors will review all submissions and make the final decisions on who will be included in our list of rising stars on Wall Street.

To be considered for our list, nominees must be 35 years old or younger as of September 30, 2024, based in the US, working in front-office roles, and demonstrate exceptional performance compared to their peers. We want to recognize individuals who are setting themselves apart from their colleagues and making a difference in the finance industry.

We’ve previously featured rising stars from top companies such as Blackstone, Citadel, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs. This year we want to expand our search beyond these well-known companies to include individuals from lesser-known firms or those working independently.

To submit your suggestions for consideration, please provide detailed information about the nominee through the form provided on our website by the deadline. If you have any questions or encounter difficulties with the submission process, please reach out to Michelle Abrego at mabrego@businessinsider.com.

Join us in recognizing the outstanding young talent shaping the future of finance on Wall Street by nominating individuals who are making a difference in their respective fields of investment banking, investing, sales, and trading.
