U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D., a staunch supporter of former President Donald Trump, recently joined Fox Business to discuss his belief that Trump’s conviction in the impeachment trial was a miscarriage of justice and emphasized that the true verdict will come at the ballot box in November. In an interview with host Larry Kudlow, Senator Marshall shared his concerns about the weaponization of the Justice Department and how it has affected small business owners and hardworking Americans.

The senator highlighted how his constituents are passionate about this issue and expressed their frustration with the Democrats’ efforts to impeach Trump. He also pointed out that while Biden has attempted to move forward with his agenda, he has crossed a line by weaponizing the judicial system.

Senator Marshall emphasized the importance of pushing back against this trend and creating obstacles for Biden’s policies wherever possible. He explained that it only takes three more votes in the Senate to halt everything, and he is committed to standing up against this.

In addition to his comments on Trump’s conviction, Senator Marshall also joined other Senate Republicans in sending a letter to Majority Leader Chuck Schumer warning him that they will not move forward with any of Biden’s judicial nominations until he changes course on this issue.

Overall, Senator Marshall’s message is clear: he believes that Trump was wrongly convicted, but ultimately, it is up to voters to decide what truly happened during his presidency. He encouraged his constituents to stay engaged and fight for their rights in November.
