As of April 25th, Lutoff-Perlo has left her position as vice chair at Royal Caribbean Group. Prior to this role, she was the president/CEO of Celebrity Cruises since 2014 and held various senior positions within Celebrity and Royal Caribbean International. With over 30 years of experience in the cruise industry, Lutoff-Perlo started her career at Royal Caribbean in 1985 as a district sales manager.

In her latest endeavor, Lutoff-Perlo is thrilled to be leading a prestigious event as she prepares to welcome over 600,000 fans and visitors in the summer of 2026. Miami will host seven matches, including two semifinals and the bronze final, all taking place at the Hard Rock Stadium. Describing the experience as akin to overseeing seven Super Bowls, Lutoff-Perlo is excited to be a part of such a significant event.

As part of her new role, Lutoff-Perlo will collaborate closely with FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee Co-chairs Rodney Barreto and Beau Ferrari. Together, they will work to ensure that the event is a success and that the collaboration between South Florida’s public and private sector leaders is strong. Additionally, with Royal Caribbean being the main partner of Inter Miami CF, Lutoff-Perlo’s involvement in the world of fútbol continues to grow.
