Adults can now enjoy summer recreation with the Pine Parks and Recreation Department, which has partnered with Sports Monster Pittsburgh to offer sports leagues for grown-ups. The co-ed program is open to athletes aged 19 and older and allows participants to register either as a team or as individuals to be placed in teams. The schedule for each sport includes soccer on Sundays from 6 to 9 p.m., softball on Mondays from 6:30 to 9 p.m. or Sundays from 9 a.m. to noon, flag football on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon, and sand volleyball on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon, all running from June through August.
