Steven Koch and Chris Minas, two industry veterans with over 20 years of experience each, have recently launched a new digital agency called Agency 72 in London. With over 60 industry awards under his belt, including a Cannes Lion award, Minas brings over 20 years of technology innovation experience as a CTO to the new agency. On the other hand, Steven Koch, with more than 15 years of experience in consumer retail marketing, founded Play Retail, a customer experience agency that specializes in creating holistic customer journeys from in-store to online in both domestic and travel retail sectors.
