Atlantic Technology has just released its first portable music system, the Nexa 1. This sleek and stylish speaker is designed to bring together style and functionality for music enthusiasts who want better sound quality while on the move. The Nexa 1 is equipped with two 2.5-inch aluminum full-range drivers and a rear oval passive radiator supported by a 60-watt amplifier to deliver high-quality sound.
One of the key features of the Nexa 1 is its versatility. It has an IPX5 rating, making it water and dust-resistant for indoor and outdoor use. The touch-sensitive film covering the status LEDs and top-panel controls is also waterproof, allowing continued operation in various weather conditions. LED indicators show operational status and sound effects, while top controls offer Play/Pause, Volume adjustment, Track selection, and phone call management features.
The Nexa 1 supports Bluetooth 5.3 for easy streaming from compatible devices like smartphones. It also offers one-touch TWS (True Wireless Stereo) pairing for seamless connectivity with another Nexa 1 or compatible device. Additionally, there is a 3.5 mm digital audio input and a microSD card slot for more music options.
For added convenience, the Nexa 1 includes a USB-C charging port that can be used to charge other devices as well as itself. The speaker can play for up to 15 hours on a full charge and can even act as a power bank to charge another Nexa 1 or device in need of power. Weighing just 2.6 lbs, the Nexa 1 is lightweight and portable, making it easy to move around and take with you wherever you go.
The Atlantic Technology Nexa 1 is priced at $199 and will be available for purchase on Atlantic Technology’s website and through authorized dealers starting in May
