Greece’s Ellinikon City project is set to become the largest smart city in Europe, with plans to integrate modern technology in waste, water, and energy management. Located on the site of the old Ellinikon airport near Athens, the project aims to revitalize the area by building apartments, green spaces, and sustainable energy sources.

Despite years of delays, construction activities are now increasing at the site. The Marina Tower, Greece’s first skyscraper, is under construction alongside adjacent houses.
