Participating companies will be evaluated based on a questionnaire about company policies, practices, demographics, and benefits, as well as a survey of randomly selected employees on nine key focus areas including role satisfaction, work/life balance, leadership, and training. The results will be featured in a special issue of Business Report in October, and a celebration will be held to honor the recipients.
