Sports betting has transformed the way fans interact with sports and has been a lucrative source of revenue for professional leagues. However, it has also brought about scandals, concerns about player safety, and a growing awareness of the potentially harmful effects of gambling addiction.

Now that six years have passed since its legalization, we will explore whether it is time to reassess our approach to sports betting.
