Bert Warner has been appointed as the director of commercial business development for the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC). In his new position, Warner will be responsible for leading efforts to raise awareness about propane and implement market strategies that support the use of propane-powered equipment and appliances in commercial construction and operations.

With over 20 years of experience in business development spanning different industries, Warner previously worked as the national sales and business development manager at Robur Corp., a heating and cooling solutions company based in Evansville, Indiana. He is recognized for his achievements in expanding market presence, building strong relationships, and his expertise in efficient and sustainable heating and cooling technologies.

Warner holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from DePauw University. He is excited about the potential for propane in promoting efficiency and environmental responsibility. He looks forward to engaging with stakeholders in the commercial sector to drive innovation and positive change in the industry. PERC’s President and CEO, Tucker Perkins, expressed confidence in Warner’s abilities, citing his proven track record in delivering remarkable results.
