Portia Hogg has been appointed as the new Information Technology Director of the City of Duncanville. The city manager, Douglas E. Finch, expressed his excitement about having someone with Portia’s background, skills and talent leading the IT department. Ms. Hogg recently joined the City of Duncanville as a Project Manager three months ago, bringing with her over 12 years of experience in Information Technology. Her expertise lies in improvement, strategic planning, software implementation, and project management. She is eager to work with a team of talented individuals to benefit the citizens, businesses, and stakeholders of Duncanville.
