Maxime Girardin, founder of Pegasus, discovered this meteorite through an intermediary in Arizona and decided to experiment with extraterrestrial ingredients for his new company.
Girardin comes from a long-standing winemaking family in Burgundy, France, but took a different path with Pegasus by exploring the possibilities of using organic wheat and barley from France, along with purified water collected from an underground river flowing through limestone layers beneath the factory.
