In the recent interview with Joe Person of The Athletic, Jonathan Mingo expressed his optimism about his future in the NFL. Despite facing criticism for his route-running abilities, Mingo remains confident in his skills and believes that he has plenty of potential for success.

Mingo’s rookie season was relatively quiet, but he did average 2.8 yards of separation on his routes, which puts him in the company of well-respected receivers like Stefon Diggs and DeVonta Smith. While Mingo acknowledges that stats don’t always tell the whole story, he is determined to improve and make a bigger impact in his second season.

The Panthers offensive coaching staff has undergone changes, and new additions have been made to the wide receiver position. However, Mingo is not deterred by these changes and is ready to prove himself as a valuable member of the team. With a strong work ethic and belief in his skills, Mingo is ready to make some noise on the field in the upcoming season.
