The organization aims to raise awareness about the high rate of preterm births in the United States, with Pennsylvania earning a C+ grade in this area. The U.S. is considered one of the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, with one in 10 babies born prematurely and about 700 women dying each year from pregnancy-related complications.
