In 2018, Martavis Bryant was suspended from the NFL and his comeback journey began. After signing a futures deal with the Dallas Cowboys in 2019, Bryant has not seen any regular-season game action with the team. However, as reported by Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, Bryant’s time with the Cowboys may have come to an end as he was recently released. Despite his release, other teams are expected to show interest in signing him.

Bryant’s comeback journey will continue with another team as he looks to make a return to the field after a hiatus from the league. Originally drafted by the Steelers in 2014, Bryant caught 19 passes for 266 yards in eight games with the Raiders in 2018. The Cowboys have brought in veteran receiver Zay Jones for a visit, possibly as a replacement for Bryant on the roster.

The Cowboys’ decision to release Bryant is likely due to his lack of playing time on their roster despite being signed to a futures deal. However, other teams may see his talent and potential as an addition to their own receiving corps. As such, it is likely that other teams will be interested in signing him and giving him another chance at success in the NFL.
