The ownership group, consisting of the Bernie Blanchette, Paul Koerner, and Phil Koerner families, is thrilled to be part of the SDS family. Over the years, SDS has grown by acquiring local computer companies and establishing itself as a leader in providing high-quality custom programming and IT services in the area.

Bernie Blanchette, President of Pike Avenue Partners, expressed his excitement about the acquisition and the opportunity to support the existing customer base of SDS. The new ownership group aims to enhance the company’s cybersecurity services by offering security risk assessments and expanding product lines to meet customer needs. SDS will continue to provide end-to-end risk assessment services and offer introductory security risk assessments through sweeping and forensic system reviews to help clients establish appropriate security controls.

All current staff members at SDS Technology will remain with the company, including Steve Schallert, who will stay on for a period to oversee the transition.
