Signal Group, a lobbying and public affairs firm, is now entirely owned by Blake Androff, a member of the Signal Management Committee. The acquisition was supported by Wiley with enthusiasm, as stated by the firm. Androff will take on the role of chief executive officer and brings along public relations expert Chelsea Koski and journalist Robert Bole as the president and head of innovation and strategy, respectively.

Gary Heimberg has joined the National Brain Tumor Society as the vice president and counsel for government relations, coming from Covington & Burling LLP. He previously worked as counsel in the firm’s public policy and government affairs group and has experience working with the Senate Health Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.

Kelci Hobson has joined the League of Conservation Voters as director of media relations. She brings experience as the deputy communications director for Cheri Beasley’s Senate campaign. Elena Gaona has also joined the League of Conservation Voters as communications director for the Chispa program. Gaona was previously the communications director for Catholic Climate Covenant.

Gabriela Sibori is now senior director of communications at the National Association of Broadcasters, having previously worked as an adviser at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Jennifer Friedman has joined Federal Health Policy Strategies after serving as vice president of government affairs at Outset Medical and counselor to HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra. She also had experience working in healthcare policy on Capitol Hill.
