Meanwhile, six employees from Banner Bank have been honored with the prestigious Banner’s Best award, the highest level of recognition within the company. The recipients of this award, Nick Olheiser, Ellen Fite, George Martin, Lee Hicks, Allison Kulikowski, and Ashley Flath, have been recognized for their outstanding performance and dedication to their work. Mark Grescovich, president and CEO of Banner Bank, praised the recipients for embodying the company’s core values and constantly striving for excellence in all that they do.

Less than 5 percent of all Banner employees receive the Banner’s Best award each year, making it a highly competitive and prestigious honor. Recipients are selected by members of the executive leadership team based on their exemplary performance and commitment to upholding the company’s values. The award recognizes not only the recipients’ achievements but also their ongoing efforts to exceed expectations and set a higher standard for themselves and their colleagues.
