This weekend at Martinsville Speedway will see all three national NASCAR series in action. The festivities kick off on Friday with the truck teams taking center stage, followed by the Xfinity teams continuing the short track schedule on Saturday afternoon and culminating in a thrilling Cup race on Sunday afternoon. Last season’s winners at Martinsville Speedway included Corey Heim in the Truck race, John Hunter Nemechek in the spring Xfinity race and Kyle Larson in the spring Cup race.

The weather forecast for this weekend at Martinsville Speedway looks promising, with partly cloudy skies and a high of 47 degrees on Friday for the Truck race, mostly sunny skies and a high of 58 degrees on Saturday for the Xfinity race, and sunny skies with a high of 62 degrees on Sunday for the Cup race. Fans can expect an exciting mix of wet weather tires and racing slicks during Richmond’s Cup race last season.

On Friday, garage activity will commence at 10:00 a.m. for the Craftsman Truck Series, followed by track activity from 3:05 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., which includes Truck Series practice, qualifying and racing. On Saturday, garage activity will start at 10:30 a.m., with track activities including Cup practice, qualifying and Xfinity races leading up to an electrifying Sunday afternoon Cup race where fans can expect to see Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney among other drivers vying for victory at Martinsville Speedway across all three national NASCAR series!
