Leeds United’s Stuart Dallas announced his retirement from football due to a femoral fracture suffered in April 2022. The 32-year-old, who joined the club from Brentford in 2015, had an impressive career with the team. Despite extensive treatment, he was unable to return to play.

Throughout his time at Leeds, Dallas played in various positions, including winger, left-back, right-back, and center midfield. He was known for his versatility and dedication on the field. The club expressed their sadness at his retirement but wished him the best for the future. They also mentioned that discussions are ongoing about a potential future role for Dallas within the club.

Leeds United fans will have the opportunity to show their support and appreciation for Dallas during Saturday’s match against Blackburn Rovers. He will be introduced onto the pitch at half-time along with his family. Dallas made a total of 266 appearances and scored 28 goals for Leeds United while also representing Northern Ireland in 62 matches. His contributions to the club have left a lasting impact and he will always be welcomed at Elland Road.
