Latitude Commercial recently acquired full-service management of a three-tenant retail strip located in Merrillville, Indiana. The tenants currently occupying the space are Smoothie King, Jimmy John’s and Taco Pros.
Taco Pros, the newest addition to the strip, opened to the public last month and is expected to be a huge success. Myles Raphack, Principal/Vice President at Latitude Commercial who represented both sides of the lease, believes that Taco Pros will be a great addition to the existing tenants.
